Before packing
Sort out donations, trash, and items that should travel with you personally. Group belongings by room and category.
Label every tote
Use removable labels or tags that identify the destination room and general contents. Avoid adhesive that leaves heavy residue.
Pack safely
Place heavier items at the bottom, keep weight manageable, protect fragile objects, and close the lid completely before stacking.
Prepare for pickup
Empty every tote, remove labels and debris, nest or stack the equipment as instructed, and place it at the agreed pickup location.
